Kevin Cloutier
Kevin Cloutier has been a licensed Realtor since 1997, beginning his career in the Portland, Maine area before relocating to Southwest Florida in 2008. Since then, he has built a reputation as one of the region’s top-producing agents, consistently closing a high volume of transactions consistently closing a high volume of transactions.
Kevin specializes in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on automotive-related properties, including car washes, auto repair facilities, auto sales lots, and warehouse spaces. He is also known for his work in the design and development of custom “man cave” and garage projects, including a highly sought-after development in Cape Coral.
With decades of experience and a deep understanding of the Southwest Florida market, Kevin brings expert-level negotiation skills and strategic insight to every transaction. His ability to evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and guide clients through complex real estate decisions makes him a trusted resource for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
As the founder of Cre8ive Realty, Kevin built the brokerage with a long-term vision—creating an opportunity for his family to grow within the business while continuing to provide exceptional service to clients throughout the region.
Angie Cloutier
Born and raised in Maine, Angie relocated to Southwest Florida in 2008,
where she and her family have built both their lives and their real estate business.
With years of behind-the-scenes experience in marketing, operations, and client support,
she developed a strong foundation before stepping forward to work directly with her own clients.
Today, Angie works with buyers, sellers, and renters across Southwest Florida,
helping clients find everything from retirement condos and single-family homes to gulf-access properties,
seasonal rentals, and investment opportunities. Her deep familiarity with the local market—especially in North Fort Myers
and along the Caloosahatchee—allows her to guide clients with confidence and clarity.
Known locally as the honorary “Mayor of North Fort Myers” and an active member of the
North Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, Angie is deeply connected to the community she serves.
Her local insight, combined with a strong work ethic and personal approach,
allows her to build lasting relationships—many of her clients
becoming long-term connections beyond the transaction.
Working alongside Kevin’s decades of experience, Angie is part of a team that has successfully
